Bliss Bridal Creations Singapore would like to thank TRIO FILMS videographers Zack & Toshi for the high level of professionalism & dedication shown during the whole day filming for our highlight video. They are so dedicated they choose to skip lunch to source for more filming venue during lunch time and the shoot lasted till 9pm. The video highlight of mediacorp artist Zhang Yao Dong & Instagrammer Jamie Pang is nicely done up, with music video (MV) feel which is exactly what we wanted. We can see that the editor took great effort on the video.   Our videos received pretty good responses from our guests especially the Pre-wedding video. As our theme was “Korean romantic comedy “, The video was nicely done up! The guests commented that the video was hilarious and very entertaining. Just the kind of response we want. The AD highlights was also just as good. Thumps up! Kudos to the team again for your hard work both in the shoots and editing. Your guys has been very accommodating to our requests and ideas. Please keep it up!   We engaged the services of Trio Films (“TF”) for our Big day in Jan’2015. TF team paid good attention to our requests, did good prior planning and were responsive to our queries. On the job, the crew videographers displayed professionalism, courtesy and were very committed to do a great job.   Trio Films is really passionate on delivering good service and product to the customer. Throughout the whole period, June has been very attentive in assisting and responding to my numerous queries. These promptness really eased my worries. On the actual day, the professionalism that have been shown by the 2 videographers, Zack & Mars was wonderful, which not to my surprise, producing one of the best Express Highlight that I have seen. Highly recommended!

  Trio coordinator, June is very responsive, patient and listen well to understand what I wanted. I had very pleasant experience with her for all our meetups. She gave me good feeling and assurance that things would be done as per my requests which indeed turned out to be true! I am impressed by how she accommodated to me as I was a difficult bride-to-be and her prompt actions to follow up with my queries. Trio videographers come in a pair to ensure quality works whereby one captures the close-up expressions and the other captures the continuous flow of events. Despite giving them too few events (without tea ceremony and no outdoor shots) to shoot, they did a great job nevertheless! Trio also had very good after-sales customer service and goes the extra mile for me as I requested for some minor changes and they are willing to do it!
